Planning fees are based on trip complexity and are confirmed before research begins. Supplier deposits and travel costs are separate.
Do you charge a fee to plan my trip?
It depends on the trip. If you already know exactly what you want to book — such as your resort, cruise, or hotel and travel dates — there is no planning fee. Trips requiring research, comparisons, custom planning, or group coordination include a one-time planning fee. After reviewing your Travel Planning Form, I'll confirm your fee before any planning begins.
Why do some trips have a planning fee?

Custom trips can take many hours of research, comparing options, and coordinating details before anything is booked. The fee covers that time and lets me give your trip my full attention.
Is the planning fee refundable?
No. Once research begins, the fee is non-refundable. It covers the work done to design your trip, and your proposal is yours to keep.
Do returning clients pay the fee again?
As a thank-you for traveling with me, your previous planning fee can be applied toward the planning fee for your next trip when booked within 24 months of your return.
Is the planning fee part of my trip cost?
No. Your trip deposit and payments are paid separately, according to each travel supplier's schedule.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes. Every client signs a short agreement before planning begins. It explains what I'll handle, how payments and changes work, and what you can expect from me.
